The limited-time protein ‘Shredded Beef Birria’ has returned to Moe’s Southwest Grill, offering a slow-cooked option prepared with chiles and garlic. To highlight its reintroduction, the restaurant is also featuring the ‘Quesabirria Taco,’ which combines “shredded beef birria with a soft shell crusted in grilled Oaxaca cheese,” creating a flavorful offering.

Beginning February 4, 2025, both the Shredded Beef Birria and Quesabirria Taco will be available at Moe’s Southwest Grill locations across the United States, while supplies last. Furthermore, customers can enhance any entrée by adding Shredded Beef Birria for an additional charge.

Additionally, as part of a special promotion, Moe Rewards members can “receive one complimentary Quesabirria Taco (excluding add-ons, extras, taxes, and fees) with the purchase of a regular menu item at participating locations from February 4 to February 23, 2025, while supplies last.”
