Participants who nominate dishes in Canada Beef’s contest will have the chance to win $200, while restaurants crowned provincial champions will receive a prize pack valued at $1,000. The ultimate national winner will be awarded a grand prize worth $5,000.

The contest is hosted on the Canadian Beef Information Restaurant Gateway, an online platform that serves as a comprehensive resource for discovering restaurants serving Canadian beef. The Best Canadian Beef Dishes Contest highlights the culinary creativity of local chefs while encouraging community support for restaurants and emphasizing the importance of sustaining local economies and the beef industry.
