sweetgreen Ripple Fries are the brand’s latest side dish creation that’s crafted as a better-for-you take on classic French fries to help customers indulge in a decidedly guilt-free way. The side dish starts off with freshly cut russet potatoes that have been seasoned with salt and herbs before being air fried with avocado oil. This positions the side dish as the first air-fried fries at a major brand and are designed with dipping in mind with Pickle Ketchup or Garlic Aioli coming on the side.
Head of Culinary Chef Chad Brauze spoke on the sweetgreen Ripple Fries saying, “Creating the perfect French fry is both an art and a science. We know people love crispy, flavorful fries, so we set out to craft the best un-fried version possible. Ripple Fries deliver the perfect balance of crunch and flavor—great for dipping, snacking, or pairing with any Sweetgreen order.”
