These new capabilities are integrated into the brand’s all-in-one reputation management platform, Pulse Ai. The move is described as an industry-first and targets multi-location brands.

Chatmeter’s Review Generation tool promises to drive “three times more customer reviews in half the time” through customizable email, SMS, and QR code templates. The AI-Powered Review Image Analysis Tool, on the other hand, works to help multi-location brands gain more customer intelligence from photos. By inputting questions in plain language, brands can receive “a summary of written reviews alongside relevant photos from reviews.”
