Hims & Hers has introduced two new initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and personalizing the healthcare experience —  the Health Collective and the Community Member Council. These programs empower customers by giving them a more active role in shaping their healthcare journey.

The Health Collective is a community-driven ambassador program that allows participants to share their stories, connect with others, and be among the first to learn about new products. Meanwhile, the Community Member Council is a select group of 15 members who provide direct feedback to influence the development of Hims & Hers’ offerings. This feedback loop aims to improve the platform’s services and ensure it meets customer needs more effectively.

The Health Collective and the Community Member Council highlight the company’s commitment to creating a more customer-centric healthcare model.
