This new Olive & Finch Collective kiosk is headed to the Denver International Airport to provide travelers with access to fine dining options in a decidedly convenient way. The grab-and-go kiosk will open for business January 29, 2025 on concourse A where travelers can pick up breakfast, lunch and dinner options that each prioritize high-quality flavor and nutrition. The fare is all created by Chef Mary Nguyen and responds to increasing calls for better quality food with an on-the-go twist.

President, Founder and Chef Nguyen herself spoke on the new Olive & Finch Collective kiosk saying, “We’re thrilled to have a presence at the airport with Finch on the Fly.
