The V Foundation, Rex and Krista Hughes, and teams at Emergency Technical Decon and Emergent have come together to spearhead the Turnout for Firefighters Cancer Research Fund. This social good initiative recognizes that individuals in the firefighter profession find themselves at increased risk of certain cancers due to carcinogen exposure while on the job. This awareness-raising fundraising campaign seeks to improve public consciousness on this issue while driving funds for further research that will benefit this community.

100% of donations to the Turnout for Firefighters Cancer Research Fund will go toward supporting cancer research in this niche. Additionally, the campaign highlights the technology and chemistry cleaning solutions offered by Emergency Technical Decon and Emergent as additional tools that may help save lives.
