Both of these devices enhance the possibilities of single photon detection and imaging. This may have massive implications for industries such as biomedical imaging, quantum science, and high-energy physics.

The Cricket™ Pro works to redefine low-light and single-photon imaging applications through an expanded 25 mm active detection area, high-speed gating, remarkable three MHz Burst or 30kHz repetition rate, and an F-Mount lens/camera interface. PhotonPix™, on the other hand, is engineered for ultra-high timing precision single-photon detection. It features an Ø8 mm sensitive area, an extreme-low dark count rate, and count rates exceeding 200 MHz in Burst mode.
